1. About Hie Craft
Hie Craft creates handcrafted earrings, with each piece carefully made individually. Because our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in colour, grain, texture and materials may occur. These natural differences are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
2. Products
We aim to ensure that product descriptions and images accurately represent each item. However, handmade pieces may have subtle variations, meaning your earrings may not look completely identical to another pair.
Most earrings are lightweight, with their approximate weight stated in the relevant product description where applicable.
3. Materials
Our earrings use carefully selected materials, including 316 stainless steel ear hooks, natural gemstones, Czech pressed glass and other jewellery components.
Titanium hooks are available on selected designs for customers with greater sensitivity. Please contact us before ordering if you require this option.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders for in-stock items are normally prepared for dispatch within 48 hours.
For custom orders, the design, materials and estimated timeframe will be discussed with you before the order is placed.
5. Custom Orders
Custom orders may involve changes to gemstones, metals, findings or designs.
Because each custom piece is individually created, available options and production times may vary depending on the design and material availability.
6. Delivery
Hie Craft currently ships within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery is £3.95. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours using Royal Mail standard delivery.
Eligible next-day delivery options may be available for orders placed before 11am on a working day at an additional cost.
Custom-order delivery times vary and will be discussed before the order is placed.
7. Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Hie Craft as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the issue.
8. Warranty
All Hie Craft earrings come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers structural faults present when you receive your earrings, including missing stones, faulty findings and assembly defects.
The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse or the natural ageing of materials.
Where possible, repairs may be available after the warranty period for a small fee.
9. Jewellery Care
To help preserve your jewellery, keep earrings away from moisture, remove them before sleeping, allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing them, clean them gently with a soft cloth and store them in a cool, dry place.
10. Gifts
Hie Craft products can be sent as gifts. Pricing is not included in the packaging, and a handwritten gift note can be included at no additional cost when arranged before the order is placed.
