Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings that have been worn.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before wearing your earrings.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your earrings arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will be happy to help put things right.
Warranty
All Hie Craft earrings come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers structural faults present when you receive your earrings, including:
- Missing stones
- Faulty findings
- Assembly defects
The warranty does not cover:
- Loss
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Natural ageing of materials
Repairs
If your jewellery develops a problem after the warranty period, please get in touch. Where possible, Hie Craft will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are unique and may involve specific gemstones, metals, findings or designs. The available options and estimated timeframe will be discussed with you before your order is placed.
Please note: The documents you provided do not specify a separate refund process, refund timeframe, or procedure for returning an unworn item. I have therefore not invented those details.
